Teen Recovery Solutions Effective Date: September 14, 2026
Welcome to helpteensok.org (the "Site"), operated by Teen Recovery Solutions ("TRS," "we," "us," or "our"), an Oklahoma 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 73-1596226). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Teen Recovery Solutions
TRS is a nonprofit organization that provides education, mentoring, social work services, and community support to teens and families, including through Mission Academy High School and our Alternative Peer Group. TRS does not provide medical treatment, detox, or clinical therapy.
2. Not Medical Advice or a Crisis Service
Nothing on this Site is intended as, or should be relied on as, medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here substitutes for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. This Site is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.
3. Who May Use This Site
This Site is intended for use by parents, guardians, donors, and other adults. If you are under 18, please use this Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Use of This Site
You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' information
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including through automated scraping, bots, or excessive requests
5. Enrollment and Program Services
Information on this Site about Mission Academy, the Alternative Peer Group, or any other TRS program is provided for general informational purposes. It does not guarantee admission, enrollment, or eligibility for any program. Separate enrollment agreements and program policies, not these Terms, govern enrollment, admission decisions, and program terms.
6. Donations and Payments
This Site processes donations through a third-party payment processor (currently Qgiv). Donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at TRS's discretion. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; please consult your tax advisor about your specific situation. If the Site offers event registration or ticket purchases (such as for the Reclaimed Luncheon), any refund or cancellation terms will be stated at the point of purchase or may be requested by contacting us directly.
7. Intellectual Property
The content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and the TRS name and branding — is owned by TRS or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it commercially without our prior written consent.

This Site may include or link to third-party services (such as our donation processor, embedded scheduling tools, or social media platforms).
